Returns

Thank you for shopping with Super Pharmacy Plus. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days from your order date to make a return. To be eligible for a return, an item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your return needs to include the original packing and brand box to be accepted.

Shipping

You will be responsible for covering return shipping costs. To print a return shipping label, please attach Invoice copy along with the filled-out form as attached below.

Refunds

You will receive a refund in the form of a credit to your original payment method/a credit note within 15 days of us receiving your return. Shipping costs for the original order are not refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Product damaged or lost in transit shall not be our responsiblity. After 7 days from date of delivery customer needs to contact the customer care helpline of the brand directly as mentioned on the brand box.
